I am torn between wanting to keep this place a secret for myself and wanting to make sure they are booked 24:7 so others can enjoy the most magical hotel experience. This is the best boutique hotel I have ever stayed in. Don’t even question it or think twice- just book. The amenities, the breakfast, the owners, the beds, and the fact that every inch and corner of this place has a comfort to it that you just don’t find at any other hotel or inn. I have stayed all over the world and Mine and Farm easily entered my top 3 favorite stays from across the world. The Jenner room is so cozy and divine. You’re about an 8 min drive into town, 20 min from Jenner and maybe 10 from the Armstrong Forest and so close to some amazing wineries the owner suggested.

We loved mine and farm! We spent a wed-Saturday here and booked the Jenner room. It was about a 7-8 minute drive to downtown Guerneville and right next door to korbel. But the inn itself was beautiful. The rooms were thoughtfully designed, the owners were so wildly kind, and the breakfast was delicious and we had everything we needed to just unwind and relax for the weekend. We loved grabbing a book from their library and sitting outside to read, relax and just enjoy the quiet. Mine and farm is definitely a location we are excited to stay at again and again in the future.

Peaceful and relaxing. My daughter and I were on a trip to wine country and stopped here for some time with nature. Hosts are friendly and accommodating. Homemade breakfasts were DELICIOUS (Suzanne, can I have that recipe for breakfast burritos???) and beds were soft and comfy. Town of Guerneville is very low-key and forested, but 25 minutes in any direction will bring you to other landscapes. Clean and comforting--highly recommend.

Stayed here for three nights and enjoyed our stay! The breakfast is nice, for us it was always an oats based dish and an egg based dish. The garden surrounding the house is nice, especially during warm and sunny days! We stayed in the Guerneville room, which was nicely decorated and the bed was relatively comfortable (although a king bed would have been better). It is on the ground floor right next to the common dining area, where people eat breakfast in the morning, so it felt very homey but also a little weird and a little noisy if you’re not a morning person. The room is very dark, but luckily we had amazing weather and spent all of our time outside in the garden. Would recommend during the summer months!

Charming, quiet, and exceptional! We just got back from staying two nights in the Occidental room. We started our stay with a warm welcome from one of the owners who gave us a thorough tour and brief history of this sprawling 3 acre property. After dropping off our bags, we walked around ourselves. There are seating areas throughout the property - chairs, swings, benches - whatever you prefer with gorgeous views of vineyards, trees, and greenery! The location was perfect - far enough from the main town that it was quiet, but close enough that it was an easy drive. Breakfasts were exactly what we needed every morning - fresh and tasty, especially the juice! Service was always with smiles. While we didn't take advantage of all of the amenities, there was plenty to keep everyone active and outdoors. My only complaint is that our trip was short and we couldn't stay longer! This place is definitely worth of 5 stars and a true find for anyone looking to enjoy the redwoods, wine, and peace.

Where to even begin to describe how WONDERFUL Mine + Farm is? I don't think I have ever stayed at a more thoughtfully appointed B&B or hotel in my entire adult life (and I'm 56!). From the incredibly warm and personal welcome from Suzanne and Bryce, to the newly updated guest rooms, to the DELICIOUS breakfasts, to the common areas with games and snacks and drinks, to the gorgeous setting near many outstanding restaurants and wineries...all for what felt to me as a very reasonable rate! I loved this place. It is perfect for a relaxing getaway. The rooms are big and comfortable, with all the amenities you might need or expect, including a fireplace for extra coziness. The staff is extraordinarily friendly, for example accommodating my special requests for odd breakfast hours and providing great recommendations. The dining area and living room is stocked with books, games, drinks, and snacks. It is a great place to sit for a while. So is the hot tub, but it's a lot wetter.Plenty of nice hikes through grand redwood forests are nearby, and Guerneville surprised me with a Piano bar with live music on a random Thursday night.

Mine + Farm is the perfect spot for a weekend getaway! The owners are very welcoming and kind and were always available to answer questions or offer recommendations for things to do around town. The (dog-friendly!) room was newly renovated and very clean with a super comfy bed and cozy fireplace. The common area has a variety of drinks and snacks for purchase, as well as games and books to borrow, and a delicious breakfast was served hot and fresh every morning when we wanted it. Update: We had another great stay here, this time with our dog. The team at M+F were super hosts as usual and we enjoyed the hosted breakfast especially on the rainy days we were there. We'll be back to experience other seasons and M+F and Guerneville in general. It's a nice easy getaway option form the Bay Area.***What a great experience. We loved the vibe, the location, the accommodations and the amenities. It's everything we wanted from a BnB with none of the doilies. We were welcomed warmly by our host and they managed that fine line of being attentive but not intrusive. The breakfast are amazing - don't skip on those. We will definitely be back and plan to take more advantage of just hanging around the property itself and relaxing.

We had a fantastic stay at Mine + Farm. We stayed in the Freestone room, which is one of the smaller options. It still had a very comfy bed, mini fridge, smart tv, and a nice shower. The design of the room and common space is just beautiful— modern yet classy all at once. The breakfasts deserve 100/10 rating. Fresh juice, homemade granola, local bacon… all of the ingredients combined to make a beautiful breakfast experience. We also really enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings. The hosts were so kind and made the experience very home-y. I hope to come back!!

Wow. What a wonderful experience. S & B have a beautiful place, intentionally designed and set up. From coffee out on the patio at 8am for a quiet and refreshing start, to an easy start fire pit in the evening, to mood music playing throughout the first floor, every piece was selected to increase guest comfort and enjoyment. The inn was a great home base for our daily excursions and exploration. B & S gave us great recommendations and went out of their way to point us in the right direction to make our mom escape trip the best experience possible. Make sure you go next door to Korbel and get some of their delicious salads to take on a picnic! Can't wait to come back!

We had a stellar experience staying at Mine + Farm last week! Suzanne and Bryce were incredible hosts and made us feel at home right away. The property is beautiful and introduces a homey vibe from the moment you pull in.Our room was Healdsburg and it was larger than we were expecting it to be! It even had its own private patio, though we ended up spending most nights in the communal outdoor area, which had an easy-to-light fire pit, hot tub, and more. The breakfast Suzanne and Bryce serve to their guests is delicious and also very generous with locally sourced ingredients.In terms of proximity to Sonoma County wine country, it’s hard to beat where Mine + Farm is located. Each vineyard we visited was between a 10 and 30 minute drive away, making M+F a great location to stay for our 3 day trip.We will be recommending Mine + Farm to anyone in our world who considers a trip to the area. If we could give this inn six stars instead of five, we wouldn’t hesitate to do so.
